These terms apply when you use this site or place an order. Please read them — they set out what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order — for example if an item is unavailable, if we cannot ship to your address, or if we suspect fraud — and if we do, we refund you in full.
Prices and errors
Prices are shown in the currency of your market and include any taxes stated at checkout. Delivery is added at checkout. If a price or product description is obviously wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after we have accepted it. We will tell you before we do.
Product descriptions and images
We describe our pieces as accurately as we can. Colours vary between screens, and garment measurements are taken by hand with a small tolerance stated on each product page. Images are illustrative of the style and fit, not a guarantee of an individual result.
What our products are, and are not
Our pieces are garments. They are not medical devices and we make no medical, therapeutic or weight-loss claims for them. If you have a medical condition or are recovering from surgery or childbirth, speak to a healthcare professional before wearing compression garments.
Digital products
When you buy a written guide, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to read it. You may not resell, republish or redistribute it. See our Returns & Refunds policy for how cancellation works for digital content.
Intellectual property
The text, images and design of this site belong to us or to our licensors, and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Your account and conduct
If you create an account, keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think it has been compromised. Do not use this site unlawfully, or attempt to disrupt it.
Liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer. We are not liable for business losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings there.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. Last updated: 22/09/2026.
