Returns & Refunds
We want you to be able to find out whether a piece works for you. That means our returns policy is written to be used, not to be survived.
You have 14 days
You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to tell us you want to return or exchange it. Once you've told us, you have a further 14 days to send it back.
We accept returns even if you've worn it
Shapewear can't be assessed through a packet. You may try a piece on, wear it under an outfit, and still return it. We ask only that it is clean and that you have not damaged or altered it. Returned pieces that have been worn are not resold — they are disposed of responsibly.
Free first size swap
If the size is wrong, your first exchange is free and we pay postage both ways. Tell us the size you need and we'll send it.
Return postage
- Faulty, damaged or incorrect item: we pay return postage, and we refund in full.
- First size exchange: we pay postage both ways.
- Change of mind, or a second exchange: you pay return postage. We refund the price of the goods and the standard outbound delivery you paid.
Refunds
We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the item back, or of receiving proof that you sent it — whichever is sooner. Depending on your bank, it may take a few more days to appear.
Faulty items
If something arrives damaged or develops a fault, tell us as soon as you can and send a photo. Your statutory rights are not affected by anything in this policy, and nothing here limits them.
Digital products
Our written guides are delivered immediately. When you buy one, you are asked to give express consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel once delivery begins. If you do not give that consent, you keep the 14-day right to cancel and the guide is delivered after that period.

Email us with your order number and what you'd like to do. We aim to reply within one working day.
