The text, photographs, illustrations and design of this site belong to us or to our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without our written permission. RENEW and our logo are our trade marks.

What we sell, and what it is not

We sell garments. They are not medical devices, and we make no medical, therapeutic or weight-loss claims for them. If you have a medical condition, or you are recovering from surgery or from childbirth, speak to a healthcare professional before wearing compression garments.

Prices, taxes and errors

Prices are shown including VAT where it applies, in the currency of your market. Delivery is added at checkout, and any import duty is described in our Shipping policy. Where a price or a description is obviously wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, and we will tell you before we do.

Your right to cancel

If you are a consumer, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Our Returns & Refunds policy gives you longer than that, and accepts returns on easier terms than the law requires. You may use the statutory model cancellation form, but you do not have to — an email to us is enough.

Legal guarantee

Goods we sell to consumers carry the legal guarantee of conformity. If an item is not as described, or is faulty, you are entitled to have it repaired or replaced, or to a price reduction or a refund. This is in addition to anything in our returns policy and nothing we write anywhere limits it.

Complaints and dispute resolution

Write to us first, at supportrenewunderwear@gmail.com — most things are settled in one email. If we cannot settle it between us, you may take the matter to an alternative dispute resolution body, and consumers resident in Portugal may also use the electronic complaints book. Details in Portuguese below.

Governing law

These pages and any contract between us are governed by Portuguese law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your own courts. Nothing here takes that away.

A nossa política de devoluções concede um prazo mais longo e condições mais favoráveis do que a lei exige.

Garantia legal de conformidade — os bens vendidos a consumidores beneficiam da garantia legal de conformidade prevista no Decreto-Lei n.º 84/2021.
